Hybrid Patent Paralegal Qualifications:
3+ years of patent prosecution experience within a law firm Proven expertise preparing and filing U.S. and international patent applications including PCT and national-phase filings. Proficient in patent docketing software and managing electronic records via document management systems. Have an Undergraduate Degree OR a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
