Warehouse Distribution Center Associate

As a Distribution Center Operator at Abercrombie & Fitch, you will support efficient, accurate movement of merchandise through a high‑volume retail distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving and unloading shipments, scanning and sorting inventory, replenishing pick locations, and preparing, packing, and palletizing outbound orders for stores and e‑commerce customers. You will safely operate material‑handling equipment, follow quality and accuracy standards, and meet productivity goals. Receive, unload, and inspect inbound merchandise shipments Scan, sort, and label products to designated storage or pick locations Replenish inventory in pick locations to support store and e‑commerce orders Pick, pack, and palletize outbound orders according to accuracy and quality standards Operate material‑handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy through basic cycle counts and system updates Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets Follow all safety, housekeeping, and equipment procedures in the distribution center Collaborate with team members and leads to resolve order or inventory issues Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes and layout Warehouse operations Order picking and packing Inventory scanning (RF scanners) Material handling equipment operation Basic computer and WMS usage Shipping and receiving processes Palletizing and load securement Cycle counting and inventory control Safety and OSHA compliance basics Quality control and inspection Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift or powered industrial truck certification (or ability to obtain) OSHA safety training for warehouse environments (preferred)
