Senior Content & Conversation Design Lead

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Conversation Design to lead end-to-end content and conversation strategy across its digital ecosystem. You will shape design vision, empower teams, and drive measurable customer impact through human-centered content. As part of the PXDI organization, you will partner with Product, UX, Research, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality content experiences while balancing strategy and execution in fast-moving spaces.
