PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Home Health & Outpatient

What You'll Be Doing: Providing skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Carrying out individualized plans of care in home health and outpatient settings Helping patients improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activities Reinforcing home safety strategies, adaptive techniques, and caregiver education Completing clear and timely documentation in NDOC Keeping the supervising OT and care team updated on patient progress or changes Working closely with patients, families, nursing, and other therapy team members Traveling between Redstone communities and patient homes as needed What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Pennsylvania COTA license Previous NDOC experience is required Home health and/or outpatient experience is preferred Experience working with older adults is helpful Someone who is dependable, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home health visits
