Bankruptcy Attorney - Remote

Duties: Attend hearings and prepare local counsel with clear instructions. Provide timely hearing results internally and to clients. Review and sign pleadings to ensure compliance with rules. Monitor ECFs and dockets, escalating actionable events. Ensure templates comply with local and federal rules. Manage and mitigate risk on files of interest. Answer questions and provide legal analysis to staff and clients. Coordinate with leadership to improve processes. Stay updated on relevant case law and bankruptcy code changes.

Requirements: Active bar admission in New Jersey with good standing. Admission or eligibility for all bankruptcy courts in the state. Experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Ability to work in a team-oriented manner. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Active bar membership in New Jersey. Skills Strong legal analysis and communication skills. Proficiency in managing legal documents and compliance. Adaptability to change and process improvement.
