Help Desk Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an entry-level Help Desk Technician to join a collaborative IT team supporting a diverse user environment. In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with user account management, and help deploy and maintain desktop technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
