Senior Commodities Legal Counsel – Trading & Regulation

CIBC is seeking a Commodities Counsel to provide legal and regulatory advice for the bank’s physical and financial commodities trading activities in New York. The role requires structuring transactions, reviewing collateral, and coordinating with compliance, risk, and trading desks across North America and London. The successful candidate will have a US law degree, NYS Bar admission, 5–7 years of experience at a top law firm or financial institution, and the ability to manage external counsel
