We are working with the Controller of a Technology company based in New York City. They are looking for a dynamic Accounting Manager to join their organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including equity and a hybrid schedule!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and executive month-end and quarter-end close
Prepare and maintain ASC 842 lease schedules Review and approve fixed asset additions and disposals Assist SEC Reporting team with preparation of financial statements disclosures Collaborate with FP&A by sharing accurate financial information and accounting insights Lead SOX audit coordination by preparing and reviewing control documentation
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience including a Big 4 audit foundation Corporate Accounting experience including 1+ years in a leadership role Exposure to FP&A, SEC Reporting, and Internal Audit Highly Preferred Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.
COMPENSATION: $140,000 - $150,000 + 20% Bonus + Equity
