Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

Duties: Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.

Requirements: Three to seven years of patent litigation experience. Active bar license in the state of residence or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and superior interpersonal skills. Education Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence preferred.

Certifications: Active bar license required. Skills Exceptional judgment and ability to handle multiple projects. Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
