Director of Indirect Funding & Process Excellence

Flagship Financial Group seeks a Funding Director to lead Indirect Funding across Tempe, AZ and Chadds Ford, PA. You will set priorities, guide managers, and ensure contracts are funded accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with credit policy and regulations. You will drive staffing plans, performance metrics, and cross-department collaboration with Credit, Sales, Compliance, and Fraud to scale operations and reduce defects. This role reports to the VP of Credit & Funding.
