Shield AI is seeking a Staff Harness Design Engineer to lead the design of wire harnesses and cable assemblies for our autonomous UAV platform. This high-ownership role targets architecture, routing, analysis, and drawing release to ensure mission success. You will perform electrical/environmental analyses, prototype and test harnesses in flight-like conditions, and collaborate with avionics, systems, and manufacturing teams while mentoring engineers to adopt best practices.
