Intern - Customer Payment Services

Key Responsibilities: Assist with data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting. Support the development of performance metrics, dashboards, and presentations. Help identify trends, process improvement opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Assist with process mapping and business documentation. Support special projects, cost-benefit analyses, and business case development. Collaborate with business partners across customer payment and billing operations. Development Opportunities Gain experience in business performance analysis and reporting. Develop data analysis, presentation, and process improvement skills. Build knowledge of customer payments, billing, and credit operations. Prepare for future Business Performance Analyst career opportunities. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Interest in business analytics, process improvement, and operational performance.

Education Requirements: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, FinTech, or a related field. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above Must have a graduation date in 2029
