As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, working directly with drivers and our operations team to coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the transportation industry while learning how to manage real-time shipments, communicate with drivers, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are exactly the same. What Your Day-to-Day: Will Look Like Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery Communicate with drivers regarding load details, appointments, schedules, changes, and delays Track driver progress and provide accurate, timely shipment updates Troubleshoot issues that arise in transit and work quickly to keep loads moving Maintain accurate shipment information and required documentation within company systems Work closely with drivers, sales, and operations while managing multiple priorities

What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and transportation software Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
