Executive Director, Strategy Portfolio & Governance

Novartis seeks an ED, Strategy Prioritization & Governance Lead based in East Hanover, NJ. This role will build and lead the US enterprise strategy portfolio governance, translating priorities into an integrated portfolio with clear sequencing, trade-offs and outcome tracking. You will manage quarterly reviews, collaborate with senior leaders across US Commercial Strategy & Execution, and establish KPIs that measure outcomes, not just activity. Significant travel may be required.
