Locations: Louisiana or Indiana | Relocation required (fully covered)
The mission We're building the compute infrastructure that determines who shapes the future of AI. Whoever deploys frontier compute fastest — at gigawatt scale — decides whether that future expands human freedom or narrows it. This is a confidential search on behalf of a company doing exactly that: acquiring power, designing and building data centers, and operating them, faster than anyone else in the market.
Why join:
  • Ground-floor role on infrastructure that's scaling from single digits to 10s-100s of GW — the work you do now sets the standard for how it's built going forward
  • Real ownership: you're judged on outcomes, not hours or process
  • No bureaucracy — decisions get made fast, and you're trusted to make them
  • Direct exposure to the teams building the most capital-intensive, highest-stakes infrastructure in tech right now
  • Relocation handled end-to-end — you're not solving your own logistics problem on top of a new job
  • Who we're looking for
  • People from startups, or with a demonstrated track record of shipping under pressure without hand-holding
  • You've owned outcomes with real consequences — not just contributed to them
  • You make decisions with incomplete information and move anyway
  • You don't need a manager checking in to stay accountable — you hold yourself to a higher bar than anyone else would
  • What's required
Willingness to relocate to Louisiana or Indiana — the company covers moving costs, housing search, and all logistics. No capital, no plan needed, just the decision. Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-trust environment with real stakes attached to your output We are actively interviewing and hiring ASAP, all applications are reviewed daily.
