COTA: Direct Patient Rehab & Collaborative Care

The Occupational Therapy Assistant/COTA role in Ohio supports our Staff Occupational Therapist with direct patient care and documentation. You will help implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and assist with discharge planning in a healthcare facility setting. Licensed OTA with strong computer skills is required, including experience inputting data into Casamba and Point Click Care. Excellent communication with families and health-team members is essential.
