Hardware Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Hardware team member at our St. John IN location. We offer competitive pay along with a full package of benefits and opportunities for advancement. One must be available to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
  • Shelf Facing & Stocking
  • Physical Receiving inbound FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
  • Order pulling and staging
  • Inventory counts
  • Daily/weekly/monthly maintenance
  • Product knowledge
  • Resolve issues if they arise
  • Suggestions for improvement and innovation
Education/Required Skills:
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and exhibits professionalism
  • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to organize and coordinate projects
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds
  • Proficient scoring on all candidate testing
