Our client, a well-established and growing law firm in Denver, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Transactional Attorneywithat least 3 years of experienceto join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents, includingoffice, retail, and industrial leases
- Handle purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, financing, and related transactional matters
- Advise clients on real estate strategy, risk, and compliance
- Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions
- Leasing experience required(landlord and/or tenant-side)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in)
- Full-time, in-person role
Salary range:
$170,000- $240,000 annually + performance bonuses(Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)Comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility requirements, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays annually Seniority level
