This position is responsible for applying high-end finishes to raw metal faucets and fixtures before the coating process, ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Schedule 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMResponsibilities Operate large polishing lathes, buffing machines, and sandblasting equipment. Grind, smooth, and polish metal surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish. Use hand tools such as chisels and scrapers when necessary. Inspect components under bright lighting for flaws, imperfections, and cracks. Maintain production quality standards and a safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience. High-end metal polishing experience highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Must be willing to wear required PPE, including dust masks, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
