Mortgage Loan Servicing & Bankruptcy Specialist

First American in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Bankruptcy Specialist to service mortgage accounts and ensure bankruptcy activities comply with state and federal laws and investor guidelines. You will review files, manage proceedings with mortgagors, attorneys, and investors, monitor time frames, and follow up on all outstanding requests.
