In our skilled nursing and rehab setting, LPNs are at the heart of daily care delivery.
What you'll do:
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments with precision and care
- Perform ongoing resident assessments and report changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care in partnership with CNAsSupport short-term rehab patients as they recover and return home
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with nurses, therapy, and physicians

Monthly, 48 hrs minimum
