Vice President, Strategic Business Development — Financial Services Remote | Full-Time | Significant Performance Upside + Equity Opportunity Grow the Enterprise Ecosystem Structurely has spent the last 10 years building conversational AI technology and working with some of the largest companies in mortgage, lending, insurance, and financial services. Our relationships include organizations such as Rocket Mortgage, Mutual of Omaha, Lower.com, and Northpointe Bank. We are now looking for a senior business development leader who can help us expand that enterprise ecosystem. The priority is simple: Bring existing relationships into Structurely first. Expand those relationships second. We are looking for someone who already has a trusted network across banking, lending, insurance, fintech, and financial services. Someone who can create meaningful enterprise conversations quickly because the relationships already exist. Someone who knows the decision-makers. Someone who understands how these companies buy. Someone who can turn years of relationship equity into real revenue. This Is a Revenue RoleThis is not a traditional partnerships role. It is not relationship management. It is not networking for networking’s sake. You will be responsible for creating and closing enterprise revenue. You will originate opportunities from your existing network, identify where Structurely can create value, and help structure the right solution for the customer. That may mean: A fully managed conversational AI solution built and operated by StructurelyAPIs and infrastructure for enterprises that want to build their own AI experiences An out-of-the-box solution that can be deployed quickly Strategic integrations with existing CRM, contact center, telephony, and workflow platforms Expansion into additional business units, use cases, channels, and geographies You are not selling one rigid product. You are helping large companies determine how conversational AI should fit into their business. Existing Relationships Come FirstWe are specifically looking for someone with an established network of executives and decision-makers across financial services. Your first job is not to cold prospect an entirely new market. Your first job is to activate the relationships you have spent your career building. That could include: CEOs Presidents CROs CIOs CTOs Heads of Lending Heads of Servicing Operations leaders Contact center executives Digital transformation leaders Revenue leaders Technology executives We want someone who can walk in the door with credibility. Someone whose calls get returned. Someone who can create opportunities Structurely would otherwise take years to develop. Expansion Comes Next Landing the relationship is only the beginning. Once Structurely is inside an enterprise, we want to expand across the organization. A customer may start with one use case, one department, or one channel. From there, the opportunity may expand across voice, SMS, support, sales, servicing, collections, retention, customer experience, internal workflows, and AI infrastructure. The right person will understand how to take an initial enterprise relationship and turn it into a much larger strategic partnership. We are not looking for transactional selling. We are looking for someone who understands how enterprise relationships compound. Why Structurely We are not a new AI company trying to prove whether the technology works. Structurely has been building conversational AI for a decade. We have spent years learning what happens when AI operates inside real sales, service, and contact-center environments. We have built relationships with major enterprise organizations. We have developed the infrastructure, integrations, workflows, and operational experience required to deploy AI in complex environments. Now we want to dramatically increase distribution. The technology exists. The enterprise credibility exists. The opportunity is to bring more of the right companies into the ecosystem. Who We WantYou have spent a meaningful part of your career selling into banking, lending, insurance, fintech, or financial services. You already have a strong network in the industry. You have consistently created large enterprise opportunities. You understand how to navigate complicated organizations and multi-stakeholder buying processes. You can speak comfortably with both business executives and technology leaders. You understand customer economics. You know how to build a business case. And you know how to close. Your reputation and relationships should create opportunities before marketing ever generates a lead. What Winning Looks LikeWithin your first months, your existing relationships are creating meaningful enterprise conversations. Those conversations become pilots, partnerships, and commercial agreements. Initial customers expand into additional use cases and business units. You introduce Structurely to partners, consultants, integrators, and other organizations that increase our distribution. And over time, you help build one of the strongest conversational AI ecosystems in financial services. Work Directly With the CEOYou will work directly with Structurely’s CEO on major accounts, partnerships, strategy, positioning, and market expansion. This is a senior, highly autonomous role. You will have the ability to influence where the company goes, which markets we pursue, which strategic relationships we build, and how we position Structurely with some of the largest companies in the country. We are looking for someone whose presence materially expands what the company is capable of pursuing. What You GetHighly competitive compensation Significant performance upside Equity options for the right person Full health insurance coverage Direct access to the CEO and leadership team Significant autonomy Influence over enterprise strategy A major role in building Structurely’s financial services business The opportunity to grow into broader commercial leadership as the company scales One Last ThingWe have spent 10 years building the technology, the experience, and the credibility. We are looking for someone who has spent those same years building relationships. If you have a network across financial services that you believe can become a meaningful business, and you want the opportunity to build something much bigger around it, we want to meet you.
