Key responsibilities:
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership
Develop frameworks for implementing and monitoring key packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Lead change management efforts and create communication plans, training materials, and support resources for new processes
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Revenue operations, Business operations, or Sales Strategy within a technology organization
Minimum 5+ years' experience building GTM analyses and models that inform decisions adopted by sales leadership
Minimum 1+ years of experience applying Claude or similar AI tools to GTM strategy and operations work
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience with Workday's products and solutions, including current product packaging and pricing, is a plus
