Bilingual Business Development Manager - Financial Sales

What You'll Do: Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clients Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new business Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage Other duties as assigned
