Salary: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team and support our Legal Department with contract management, document drafting, and legal research. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate, corporate, or transactional experience. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is analytical and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Key Responsibilities: Support contract compliance by assisting with contract lifecycle management Facilitate internal communication for contract compliance requirements with Sales and Operations Conduct due diligence and checklists for land purchases, easements, and land leases Drafting and revising contractual provisions, including MSA's, vendor agreements, and relevant amendments Manage and track contract, bond, and insurance renewals Assist with contract terminations and default notifications Support internal corporate transactional matters Assist with complex legal matters with external counsel, as applicable Ensure easements and land leases are compliant with local filing requirements and subsequently filed with the correct jurisdiction

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate 5+ years paralegal experience 5+ years of telecom industry experience is a plus (Utilities, Construction, and Energy Infrastructure also a plus)Corporate, transactional, and real estate experience

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of title research preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: $ 85,000-$95,000, DOE

Work Environment: This position is 100% remote — work from home. Must be able to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
