Structured Finance / CLO Attorney New YorkWe are supporting in an opportunity for a structured finance attorney with experience in Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) to join a leading global law firm in New York. The role offers exposure to sophisticated structured credit transactions, including CLO issuances, refinancings, resets and related financing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have: 2-7 years post JDExperience advising on CLOs and structured credit transactions. Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transaction documentation. Experience working with banks, arrangers, lenders, issuers and other transaction parties.
