Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and strategic objectives
Drive Agile transformation and improve delivery frameworks, team operating models, and governance maturity across programs
Establish portfolio governance processes, including risk management, milestone reporting, and executive-level program health reporting
Required qualifications:
10+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or portfolio management leading complex enterprise initiatives
10+ years of experience in Agile transformation and delivery operating model improvements across large organizations
10+ years of experience with program delivery, portfolio governance, and risk management in enterprise environments
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
