Law Clerk II: Federal Research, Drafting & Case Prep

Fredrick Oak Consulting, LLC is seeking a Law Clerk II to support Assistant United States Attorneys and Attorney Advisors for the Southern District of California. This full-time, on-site role is based in downtown San Diego, with an anticipated October 2026 start and security processing considerations. You will perform legal research, analysis, and drafting for civil and criminal matters, determine applicable law, and prepare memoranda and briefs for review.
