RN: Interventional Radiology

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse specialized in Interventional Radiology. This role involves providing critical and supportive nursing care in a very busy interventional radiology department of a comprehensive stroke hospital.

Responsibilities: Assist with various interventional procedures and perform nursing duties in the IR unit. Monitor patients' conditions and provide post-procedure care. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant specialty. Active RN license in Florida or compact state required. Current certifications in ACLS and BCLS are mandatory. Cerner charting experience preferred. Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
