The ideal candidate will have a robust background in litigation processes, with a keen ability to support trial preparations and manage complex legal cases effectively. Focus: Assist in the preparation and management of cases from inception through trial. Coordinate the collection, review, and filing of pleadings and other court documents. Handle electronic filings (e-filing) with both state and federal courts. Maintain and organize documents, including creating timelines and fact summaries. Support attorneys in trial preparation and attend trials as needed. Skill Set: Minimum of two years' experience in a litigation environment, particularly in personal injury or property damage. Strong background in supporting litigation efforts, including hands-on experience with pre-trial planning and in-court proceedings. Proficient with e-filing in state and federal courts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
