Overview:
The Senior Technical Writer - Workforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) is responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing technical and business-facing documentation that enables secure, compliant, and user-friendly workforce identity services. This role partners with Identity Engineering, Identity Governance, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Service Desk, Product, and Business stakeholders to transform complex authentication, authorization, access management, and cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable content for diverse audiences. The Technical Writer will develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation guides, knowledge articles, administrator runbooks, training materials, FAQs, user communications, and governance documentation that support workforce identity platforms, authentication services, access lifecycle processes, and security controls. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical teams and non-technical employees ranging from corporate knowledge workers to frontline operational personnel. The writer will serve as a key contributor to documentation quality, consistency, and adoption across the enterprise.

Required:
5+ years of technical writing experience supporting enterprise technology environments.3+ years documenting Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or information security programs. Proven experience creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience supporting large-scale technology transformations and enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of Workforce Identity & Access Management principles. Exceptional written communication skills. Strong interviewing and requirements-gathering skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business language. Experience using modern documentation, knowledge management, and collaboration platforms.
