Clinical Pharmacist - Hospital Care & Patient Counseling

Van Wert Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Van Wert, OH. The role includes dispensing and compounding medications, counseling patients, interpreting prescriptions, and managing patient drug therapy in collaboration with physicians and nurses. The pharmacist will precept students and residents, participate in pharmacy education for staff, and supervise technicians to ensure safe, cost-effective medication use.
