We are seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Project Manager II to join our team in a fully remote role (with occasional travel). In this position you will provide project management support on assigned clinical trials, partnering closely with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional study teams to ensure successful trial execution. You will play a key role in coordinating study activities, maintaining trial documentation, tracking project progress and risks, and supporting communication among sponsors, investigational sites, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support clinical trial execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and tracking study progress, risks, and key performance metrics Develop, review, and maintain clinical trial documentation, including Trial Master File (TMF) records, training materials, meeting agendas, and study-related reports Collaborate with study sites and sponsors to support recruitment efforts, monitor trial activities, and ensure timely issue escalation and resolution Assist with investigator meetings, monitor visit report reviews, invoice review processes, and overall study operations management Provide administrative and project management support to clinical teams, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience as Associate Clinical Project Manager I, or work experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organization industry with a concentration in clinical trial management Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations Demonstrated scientific/medical understanding and familiarity with clinical research industry terms Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business technologies, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service and operational excellence Why Symbio?
