Role Focus Handle a mix of commercial litigation and employment law matters from inception through resolution Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including motions practice, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations Advise clients on risk management, dispute resolution strategy, and employment-related issues Work on matters involving breach of contract, business disputes, and employment claims Collaborate with senior attorneys and support broader litigation strategy across cases
