A law firm seeks an associate attorney for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong interest in benefits and executive compensation, general corporate, and/or tax law.
Duties:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Advise clients on benefits and employment issues, focusing on health and welfare benefits.
Provide guidance on plan design, implementation, compliance, corrections, amendments, and terminations.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
Strong academic record.
Excellent interpersonal communication, research, analytical, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Professional and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility for admission.
