Data Center Development Lead

Tract is seeking a Development Manager to lead multi-market data center development efforts, interfacing with local governments, consultants, and contractors. The role blends project management with site development, from due diligence to master planning and permitting. You will manage budgets and schedules, drive entitlements, and represent the company in government meetings while upholding EHS standards. A PE license and 4+ years of large-scale land development experience are preferred.
