Resident Experience Specialist

Prime Residential in Los Angeles is seeking an Experience Consultant I at Park La Brea to join the on-site Customer Service team. You will respond to resident inquiries, process work orders, and help manage the community of over 4,200 apartment homes. The role emphasizes friendly, professional communication, de-escalation, and accurate responses using Real Page, OneSite, and other property management software. Schedule is Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
