We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager who shares that commitment and can lead a high-performing service team focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer care.
What You'll Do:- Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Manage and develop Service Technicians
- Drive service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory
- Partner with Sales and Parts teams to support store success
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of automotive/service experience 2+ years of leadership experienceDMS experience required (DealerTeam preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
