We’re looking for aSenior Systems Engineerwith solid experience in MSPs. In this role, you will design, maintain, and support modern infrastructure for SMB clients in sectors such as finance, metal/manufacturing, and professional services. You’ll work closely with our helpdesk, security, and development teams in a setting where accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service are key.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing RDS (Remote Desktop Services) multi‑tenant environments
- Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows
- Managing and troubleshooting FSLogixWorking with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and SD-WAHandling escalations, migrations, system improvements, and project work
- Communicating directly with clients while managing multiple priorities
Requirements:
- Strong experience with RDS, Azure, Office 365, and FSLogixAdvanced PowerShell scripting
- Solid networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
- Previous MSP or fast‑paced service provider experience
- Excellent troubleshooting ability and strong communication skills
