Claims Risk Manager

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. M anage end to end claims handling for auto and employment matters, including insurance coverage analysis, investigation, negotiations, settlement and pre-suit resolution. Supervise outside counsel on litigation and coverage disputes. Assist with workers compensation matters. A Claims Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing the claims process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing strategies to mitigate risks associated with claims. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create effective case plans and manage claims efficiently Key Responsibilities and Qualifications The role of a Claims Risk Manager encompasses various critical functions. Claims Oversight — Responsible for managing the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims. Risk Mitigation — Develops strategies to minimize risks associated with claims, utilizing various risk transfer techniques. Stakeholder Collaboration — Works closely with customers and key stakeholders to inform strategic case planning. Regulatory Compliance — Ensures that all claims activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Team Leadership — Leverages Technical Coaches and Team Leaders to enhance claims management effectiveness.
