You'll work in close partnership with our Fleet Customer Success Manager to deliver seamless service, from parts availability to preventive maintenance execution. To learn more, visit www.pennpowergroup.com.DescriptionRequirementsWhat You'll DoCoordinate parts ordering and manage inventory across assigned fleet accounts Run monthly cycle counts at project locations, catching discrepancies before they become problems Own warranty case management with dealers — documentation, invoicing, timely claims Support case resolution alongside our Maintenance Team Managers Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and track compliance across sites Help manage on-call coverage for weekends/after-hours, including technician dispatch and towing coordination Contribute to policies and procedures that make our fleet operations more consistent What You Bring 3+ years in fleet operations, parts/inventory management, or project coordination Comfort managing multiple workstreams across different locations Willingness to travel regularly for on-site inventory counts (occasional overnight stays) Availability for an on-call rotation Strong communicator — you'll coordinate across internal teams and external dealers/vendors Experience with ERP-based parts/inventory systems (Decisiv or similar) a strong plus What We Offer Career growth opportunity Competitive salary Paid time off Medical/dental/vision 401(k)
