Key responsibilities:
Identify consumer needs and develop opportunities for new product categories and formats
Lead cross-functional teams in bringing new innovations from concept through commercialization
Own post-launch performance reporting and adapt strategies based on consumer feedback and market performance
Required qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in product marketing, innovation, or brand management within CPG, preferably in food or nutrition
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
Proven track record in bringing new products from concept to market using a Stage Gate or similar process
Experience with product positioning frameworks and competitive analysis tools
Familiarity with regulatory considerations in food/infant nutrition is a strong plus
