Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney — Case Lead

Proner & Proner, a Manhattan plaintiff's personal injury firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate who can take ownership of a caseload with substantial independence. The practice focuses on NY Labor Law §§ 200, 240 and 241, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and other serious claims. Trial experience is welcome but not required. You will handle depositions, motions, discovery, client contact, and trial preparation, with a competitive base salary of $150,000–$200,000+ plus bonus
