A successful Project Manager - Jacksonville Hospitality & Multifamily should have: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Experience in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction Strong ability to independently lead projects without dedicated APM support Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred Annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 USD.Employee Stock Ownership Plan with 5-year vesting schedule and annual ownership accrual Performance-based bonus opportunities.
