Rolling Mill Machine Operator - experienced

Hours: 4:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities include: Set up and operate precision rolling mill equipment Calibrate, clean, and prepare machinery for production runs Adjust machine settings and perform roll changeovers Handle, load, and feed raw materials safely Measure and inspect products using precision measuring instruments Conduct machine operation checks and troubleshooting Maintain production records and material tracking Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Perform other tasks as needed to further our company's goals and uphold our commitments

Requirements: Previous experience as a machine operator High school diploma or GEDStrong math and measurement skills Ability to read work instructions and process documentation Experience with micrometers, calipers, or similar tools Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Willingness to work overtime as needed Stand and move throughout 8-10 hour shifts Lift up to 50 pounds Push, pull, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch regularly Perform repetitive tasks and visual quality inspections Ability to lift 70 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift utilizing safe lifting practices This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour The starting rate offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on job-related factors including relevant experience, skills, education, training, certifications, demonstrated performance, and overall qualifications. The Company also considers internal equity, market conditions, and business needs when making compensation decisions. This pay range reflects the hourly rate the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
