Springs Law Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a 150–300 case docket from demand through settlement or referral. This role emphasizes legal judgment, valuation, and negotiation strategy with paralegals handling case workups. The position supports a remote or hybrid Colorado work environment with minimal court appearances, unlimited PTO, and 100% employee health insurance. Strong PI background and familiarity with Filevine are preferred.
