Assistant Store Manager - Automotive Retail Leader

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to apply automotive knowledge and leadership to operate a busy retail store. You will support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining strong customer-facing sales responsibilities. The role oversees counter sales, inventory/receiving, delivery coordination, and housekeeping, coaching team members, and stepping in to ensure continuity and standards. Overtime and keyholder duties may apply as business needs demand.
