Night Shift FSQ Technician I: Lab & Quality Testing

Sun Opta, Inc. is seeking an FSQ Technician at the Midlothian, TX plant to perform essential laboratory testing ensuring ingredients, product and packaging meet specifications. The role focuses on accuracy, safety, and effective communication regarding shift and plant performance. The technician will conduct pH, solids/moisture, sodium and other tests, support aseptic package evaluation, and assist with product spoilage investigations while maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to
