This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional to take on a highly visible role, drive key liquidity initiatives, and help enhance the firm's treasury infrastructure and operational efficiency. COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $175,000–$225,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Bonus:
25%–45%Compensation commensurate with experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain base-case and stressed liquidity forecasts, contingency funding plans, and liquidity buffer analyses. Oversee periodic testing and validation of contingency funding procedures. Assess liquidity utilization across business lines and identify opportunities to improve funding strategies and balance sheet efficiency. Drive enhancements to treasury systems, automation, data management, and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with Technology and Operations to strengthen infrastructure, improve data integrity, and enhance internal controls. Streamline workflows, automate reconciliations, and implement standardized processes to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
