General Counsel & Legal Lead for High-Growth AI Hardware

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence in a hands-on, in-person team based in San Jose. We seek a dynamic Head of Legal / General Counsel to lead and scale the function, hire top talent, and implement processes & controls to accelerate the business while managing risk. You will own legal strategy, negotiate high-impact agreements, and drive IPO preparation in collaboration with Finance and leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad scope.
